{"id":2023,"date":"2022-06-27T14:52:40","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T12:52:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spheravague.fr\/?page_id=2023"},"modified":"2022-10-29T18:30:16","modified_gmt":"2022-10-29T16:30:16","slug":"la-conception","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/spheravague.fr\/index.php\/la-conception\/","title":{"rendered":"La conception"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La conception a dur\u00e9 3 ans<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est sans comparaison la phase la plus longue et la plus difficile car il faut approfondir de nombreux domaines avec de la m\u00e9thode et de l\u2019application, avec des d\u00e9tails mais aussi avec des calculs pour dimensionner et justifier les choix techniques de la machine. On se replonge dans les bouquins pour retrouver les bonnes formules et les bonnes d\u00e9monstrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ne pas tout oublier et refaire le m\u00eame travail dans quelques mois, je d\u00e9cidais de structurer ma pens\u00e9e en r\u00e9digeant, en parall\u00e8le des \u00e9tudes, un rapport ou plut\u00f4t un livre sur la construction navale amateur. Cela me permettra de stocker mes informations de fa\u00e7on claire et facilement utilisable pour la fabrication de ma machine et pourquoi pas d\u2019en faire profiter d\u2019autres personnes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est dans cette phase, que des tests sur des produits et des essais avec une maquette ou un mod\u00e8le r\u00e9duit vont s\u2019imposer pour comprendre le comportement de la machine et d\u2019estimer ses performances. Cette phase permet d&rsquo;affiner les caract\u00e9ristiques des mat\u00e9riels en dressant en m\u00eame temps un tableau de bilan des masses puis un chiffrage. Elle permet aussi de d\u00e9tailler l\u2019assemblage et le montage des composants ainsi que les diff\u00e9rentes proc\u00e9dures d\u2019utilisation. Il faut savoir que l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de SPHERAVAGUE n&rsquo;est pas constante. En effet, l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur max est de 15 mm (\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quateur) et min de 5 mm (aux p\u00f4les). de plus, elle est perc\u00e9e de 3 ouvertures pour les panneaux de pont. Dans ces conditions, il est difficile de calculer sa vraie r\u00e9sistance sans faire intervenir le calcul num\u00e9rique par maillage. Dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la coque est localement rigidifi\u00e9e par des zones renforc\u00e9es.
